This Content Component encountered an error
I installed VMware Player. I formatted my hard disk and then I downloaded VMware Server and installed it in Windows Vista Ultimate 32. During the Installation Wizard it gives me an error: "Rolling back action", then the final Error is "The wizard was interrupted before the VMware Server components could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again." I ran setup again but I keep getting the same error. What should I do?

VMware Server is not supported under Windows Vista. It is only supported under Windows 2000 SP3 and beyond, and Windows 2003.

Your best bet is to get Microsoft's Installer Cleanup Utility to gracefully remove the leftover bits from your system.
