VMware Player driver help
I am using VMware Player to run Windows 2000 Server on my virtual machine, using Windows XP as the host. I have not been able to get drivers for the Ethernet controller for the virtual operating system. Any ideas?

Installing VMware tools should install the proper Ethernet drivers, however you cannot do so with VMware Player (think read-only). Your best bet is to download an evaluation version of VMware Workstation 6.0 and use it to install the VMware Tools package in your virtual machine and then transition it back to VMware Player.
