Shannon Snowden of New Age Technologies is located in Louisville, Ky. and has been a system administrator, engineer and trainer for more than 10 years. Certifications he has held in that time include Microsoft MCSE and MCT, Novell CLP and CNI, VMWare VCP #12 and vExpert, XenSource XCP and XCT and Citrix CCA and CCI. He was fortunate enough to get involved with i386 virtualization from essentially the beginning, working with VMware products and their professional service engineers, and has expanded into Xen, XenServer, Hyper-V VirtualBox, QEMU and other platforms.
