VMware vSphere Enterprise Edition won't be discontinued in December after all.

VMware will make vSphere Enterprise Edition available indefinitely, the company confirmed this week. Original plans were to replace Enterprise with the new Enterprise Plus Edition, which many users perceived as a forced vSphere upgrade that wouldn't be worth the additional costs.
