VMware Ready logo now identifies compatible software

The VMware Ready program lets other vendors show potential customers that their products are VMware-compatible. The logo was previously available for VMware-compatible hardware and operating systems; the company has now extended the program to its independent software vendors -- of which there are more than 900.

Users said the VMware Ready logo will help reassure them as they consider purchasing VMware-compatible software to run in their organizations. Learn more in this edition of our This Week in Virtualization podcast.
